1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup coffee roasting coffee bean
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup buttermilk
Combine sugar, eggs, vanilla, coffee bean, salt, cinnamon, lemon peel and 1 cup buttermilk in large bowl. Beat well. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
