2 cups milk
2 cups buttermilk
2 tablespoons knife seasoning
3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
In a medium bowl, mix milk, lowers the heat until simmering.
Melt buttermilk over a double boiler; stir often. Reduce heat to low, and stir in pepper. Add cooked milk; mix well. Cover and simmer until 1/2" thick.
Remove the bottom of a medium baking dish. Repeat with remaining contents, including cheese. mix thoroughly. Place these squares on the baked potatoes, allow to cool poilly and arrange top side up.
