2 pounds smoked bacon
1 (6 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cups water
1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup white wine
salt and pepper to taste
In a large pot over medium-high heat, combine bacon, soup and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 45 minutes. Stir in mushrooms and tomatoes, milk, wine and salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
