The Best Egg Salad Recipe Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups Italian-style salad dressing

1 cup soy sauce

2 cups mayonnaise

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons olive oil

2 cups fried egg whites

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix the Italian dressing, soy sauce, mayonnaise, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until desired tartness is reached.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place each egg white in the center of the oil and fry 2 to 3 tablespoons of egg white into the center of the white. Remove from oil and place on a white plate. Spoon over egg white and top with lemon juice and lemon juice. Repeat.

Gently drizzle with mayonnaise mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours or until serving.
