6 1/2 cups pineapple juice
1 4/3 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
8 cherry pie filling
Preheat oven broiler.
In a blender, beat pineapple juice, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and almond extract until smooth. Stir in lemon zest and lemon zest. Pour mixture into crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into center of pie comes out clean.
