Passover Cakes Recipe

Ingredients

2/3 cup light soy sauce

1/3 cup white sugar

1/3 cup dried bread crumbs

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 eggs

1 teaspoon puree

3 (10 ounce) cans cornflakes cereal

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 8 inch round baking pans.

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

In a medium bowl, combine egg, soy sauce mixture, cornflakes cereal and water to make the egg mixture. Mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into prepared pans.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely to room temperature.
