6 zucchini, cubed
3 oranges, peeled and sliced
10 jalapeno pepper slices
4 ounces chicken drumettes or "jiggles"
1 pint pearl brandy
2 teaspoons orange juice
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Carefully peel zucchini and place in a small bowl. Sprinkle orange slices over zucchini. Drain and reserve liquid.
Place orange slices in a glass bowl, and pour in lemon juice. Sprinkle with many crushed grape seeds. Add enough orange juice to get about halfway on top. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven or till garlic is tender.
