1 cup flour
1 cup warm water (110 degrees F or 90 degrees C)
1 egg white, beaten
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 quarts nonfat dry breading mix
1 quart milk
1 cup cooked, tinned cornflakes cereal
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup white sugar, divided
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, stir together flour, warm water, egg white and cinnamon. Sift; set aside. Pour cornmeal into bowl, then drizzle with 1/2 cup of milk. Beat breading mix, stirring until thick. Stir in 1/2 cup milk and 1 tablespoon of cornmeal mixture. Stir in reserved milk. Stir in cereal, chocolate chips and 1/2 of the butter with the remaining butter, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 cup sugar. Pour into baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 min; when cool, frost with frosting gel.
