1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 onion, sliced into rounds
1 medium sweet potato
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
3 eggs, divided
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 1/2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mortar and pestle
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons grated tomatoes
In a large plastic bag, combine lemon juice, orange juice, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, onions, sweet potato, chicken breasts, egg, chicken broth, 2 tablespoons toasted olive oil, vinegar, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, thyme, parsley, mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. Shake bag violently. Pour mixture into wire rack. Cover and refrigerate overnight until serving.
