1 cup cooked corn
1 cup water
1 (16 ounce) can french fries
8 beef tenderloin chops
In an open tin with water in dish option, mix the corn, water, and fries. Place chops on the bottom plate.
Place the pan over a heat right in the center of the heat. Make sure that water level is not too high to cover. Cover and turn oven off. Gently lower chops into the pot. Cover pan with aluminum foil, and simmer 30 minutes.
Place aluminum foil in dish option and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until juices are clear. Let stand 5 minutes, and repeat until all chops are browned on all sides, about 15 minutes.
*Remove foil in microwave or in slow cooker. Place chops and sauce over foil. Sprinkle with chopped corn. Remove foil, and let marinate in refrigerator.
Transfer chops to a serving bowl, and continue simmering until tender, 30 minutes.
