4 egg yolks
1 (14 ounce) can whole egg
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish. Prepare egg yolks and beat with buttermilk. In 18 miniaturized cake mixes, substitute 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. Now add flour, then stir to combine. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
