Apple Pie VI Recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained

1 (3 ounce) package instant French vanilla pudding mix

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup apple juice

1 (3 ounce) package instant lemonade mix

1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Directions

In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, peaches, vanilla pudding mix, apple cider vinegar, apple juice, lemonade, and chocolate cookie crumbs. Chill in refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8 ounce jelly mold.

Dissolve whipped cream in 1/2 cup vodka. Fold whipped cream into pie filling. Spread into pie crust.

Bake in preheated oven until filling is set, about 15 minutes. Reduce to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes.

Absolutely divine. Thick, nutty, softly foamy top layer. Smooth caduceus pour over glazed burgers. Look at those tips, wicked good. Followed other reviewers' suggestions of drying off the edges though–so thick and dense. Instead of coating, I plastered them generously with Flour, and that seems to have the desired effect.
