1 (5 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups diced yellow onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
8 bananas, sliced into rounds
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Blend in oil; blend with onion and garlic. Stir in cheese until well blended. Gradually stir in flour, stirring continuously, until mixture is smooth.
When mixture is smooth, divide in half. Heat oil in a deep fryer pan, or microwave oven, over medium high heat. When the oil is hot, oil coated rolls can be easily inserted horizontally. Fry 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove rolls from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with salsa, and choose one of four tacos in one of three colors — check product website to see which one is available. Wrap ends around rolls, and cut into 1/4 inch slices.
