1 pint bourbon whiskey
1 pint light brown sugar
1 (8 ounce) can whole cranberry juice concentrate
2 (8 ounce) cans pineapple juice concentrate
1 1/2 cups strawberry ice cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
Combine strawberries, black currants, bourbon whiskey, brown sugar, and whole cranberries in ice cream maker.
8 quart or larger pot at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
