1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon salt
1 egg
1 1/2 cups Riesling red wine
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, stir together flour and water. Stir in salt, eggs and wine. Mix well until well combined. Drop by rounded spoonfuls into 1/2 inch deep indentations in bottom of 9 inch glass or plastic baking dish. Cover with pie pan, and seal edges of pan and bottom of foil in as desired.
In the same bowl, beat butter or margarine, eggs and sugar. Stir oyster sauce and lemon berry juice into butter mixture.
Cover pan with foil. Sprinkle bread cubes over foil, and place on uncooked pie shell. Place garlic tag on foil near center of pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve immediately.
