1 pound lean ground beef
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
2 (1 ounce) packages dry onion soup mix
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium skillet, brown the beef and sugar, and cook over high heat until evenly browned. Stir in garlic powder and spicier tomato paste. Gradually stir in the soup mix until combined. Mix in horseradish and cheese sauce.
Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over meat mixture. Top with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese sauce is bubbly.
