Light Cream Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 cup white sugar

1 (19 ounce) can dark corn syrup

3 cubes of ice

Directions

Press butter in a shallow dish or bowl. Gradually stir in sugar over the course of several minutes. Continue to heat until mixture is smooth and creamy, about 1 to 2 minutes. (You may want to add a little more syrup if necessary to get a really nice spread)

Dip ice cubes into egg mixture, and arrange on a rimmed glass serving platter. Serve immediately while still warm.
