1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (4 ounce) can whole crab, drained
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped carrot
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Melt cream cheese, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Place cream cheese mixture into a medium bowl. Stir in crab and green onion; spoon over cream cheese mixture, covering completely.
Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Cook final portion of cream cheese mixture in refrigerator.
Remove crabmeat from marinade. Decorate with green onions and carrot.
