Kabobs Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1/3 cup chopped onion

1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper

1 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped fresh pineapple

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

2 pinches salt

1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions

In a large stockpot, cut the beef into thin strips. In a small bowl mix together the onion, green bell pepper, pineapple, oil, brown sugar, paprika, oregano, salt, Italian seasoning, thyme, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and cayenne pepper.

Cover and simmer over medium heat for 1 hour.

When the meat is cooked, flip it and cook the other side. In a large bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, oregano, salt, Italian seasoning, thyme, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and cayenne pepper.
