3 large potatoes, peeled and unpeeled
8 chicken drumsticks
2 pounds potatoes, diced
6 slices bacon
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup butter
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 2 quart baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, flour and salt. Mix well, then pour over potato mixture.
Dredge the potatoes in flour, and press potato mixture onto the potatoes. Mix in butter. Pour potatoes, coated potatoes into the baking dish.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
