1/4 cup butter, melted
1 (10 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup sliced alfalfa
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
In a blender, puree butter and lemonade concentrate. Pour into a medium bowl, and mix with lemonade concentrate. Sprinkle with parsley, mint, almonds, olive oil, brown sugar and lemon juice. Refrigerate until serving.
