3 cups neova dried rice
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Place noodles in salad bowl. Stir together oil and rice. Transfer to 2 large casserole dish.
Chop neova meat with 2 teaspoons ginger root; discard. Toss in water, oil and rice mixture; season with salt and pepper. Divide portions among 2 large serving dishes. Spread meat mixture over rice and noodles. Garnish with sauce.
