Garlic Croutons Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter, softened

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup chopped onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

2 teaspoons dried parsley

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/4 teaspoon dried sage

Directions

Pour the butter and olive oil into a large saucepan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour in a temperature range between the thickest of oil and water. Stir in the onion, garlic, oregano, basil, parsley, salt, dried mustard, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, rosemary, sage. Heat through and serve.
