Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoons baking powder

3/4 cup butter, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 egg whites

1 (10 ounce) package sweetened chocolate candy sprinkles

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Set aside.

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and butter. Beat in vanilla extract and egg whites. Stir into flour mixture. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares. To serve, place on a serving plate and frost with candy sprinkles.
