Red Kitchen Spritz Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 pound corned beef

coarse salt

mushroom juice

2 yellow onions, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

3/4 cup chopped celery

2 tomatoes, chopped

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

4 tablespoons beer

2 teaspoons Italian-style seasoning

3 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

It was very easy to make, but I did have to make some adjustments. When pouring the Bundt Cheese, I meant to let it rise until nice and thick, but it actually took about 20 minutes to whip up. Some things I didn't do: 1) Dump the melted butter and sprinkle with coarse sugar. 2) Double the flour, and add one teaspoon each of cinnamon and nutmeg. This is very good for sweets and cleaning up after. I will make this again!
