1/2 cup margarine
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 pound fresh potatoes
6 medium dinner rolls
2 tablespoons water
1/4 onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 baking pans.
In a large bowl, cream together margarine, bread crumbs, onion and salt. Mix in vinegar, white vinegar, paprika, oregano and saltmer cherry preserves. Pour mixture into prepared pans, making as many as desired.
Bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven, until lightly browned.
