2 1/2 fluid ounces vanilla flavored vodka
3 fluid ounces cranberry juice
1 fluid ounce coconut rum
1 fluid ounce vanilla vodka
2 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
In a blender or food processor, blend vanilla vodka, cranberry juice and lemon-lime soda. Pour vodka mixture over the bottom of cheesecake shell. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
