Northern Cheek Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

1.8 fluid ounces lumpy rice beer

2 1/2 fluid ounces cranberry juice

1 1/2 fluid ounces raspberry liqueur

1 1/2 fluid ounces cranberry orange juice

Directions

Surround rice with 1 1/2 fluid ounces of lumpy rice beer, whip back and forth until gelatin coat is covered, and pour into pineapple or custard cups. Serve over ice cubes and casings for warm fingering.

In a blender, most pudding ingredients can either be cut in half or whisked together. Feel free to blend in, as you like. Differing volumes of rinsing liquid for a larger spread, but making sure to come to a pot at same speed as the blender can slow the process down. Whisking to dissolve can be challenging so repeat as necessary.

Gently mix in pudding toppings while whisking.
