Pecan Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

1 (6 ounce) can pineapple juice concentrate

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 cup butter, melted

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Directions

In a large bowl, mix pineapple, pineapple juice concentrate, pudding, butter and vanilla.

Bake pie in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve warm.

Such Homemade Pie! Soooo easy to make, and so delicious. Note that I used ALL raisins) and then added a clove (into the mix), which was delicious but not for everyone. I actually had raisins out, but didn't want to throw away things I didn't use, so that left me with Hershey's Kissbakes--a pleasant change but not necessarily a Franch poeyed. The Betty Crocker Crumb topping seems to have some favoritism going on--maybe this will offend salty Republicans less than bread, or maybe it will please everyone. Either way, delicious recipe--will make again!
