1 (32 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (14 ounce) can heavy cream
1 (32 ounce) package French chocolate covered colorful chocolate wafer cookies (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line baking sheet with foil. Press graham crackers evenly onto prepared baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and whipped topping until fluffy. Spread mixture over cream cheese layer. In a small bowl, mix together heavy cream and chocolate coated cookies; sprinkle evenly over cream cheese layer.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until set in center. Cool completely on baking sheet. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, beat chocolate mixture until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until set, approximately 1 hour or until set.
