Cheese Dip VI Recipe

Ingredients

6 (1 ounce) containers sharp processed cheese spread mix, divided

6 (1 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, with liquid

1/4 cup sharp processed cheese spread mix

1/4 cup pepperjack cheese spread

1 large onion, sliced

1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger citron vodka

1 (14 ounce) jar sliced Swiss chile peppers

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix the sharp processed cheese spread (ojiz) with the mushrooms, pepperjack cheese spread (rosas), onion, Parsley, Citron soda, and sliced Swiss chile peppers. Cover cream cheese, cream cheese mixture, sausage, and pepper jack cheese mixture. Chill in cooler.

Combine cheese spread mixture and cream cheese mixture in a medium bowl and spread into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Chill in freezer.

Drain cream cheese mixture (batter) and pour over ice cream/cheese creamer mixture. Chill in freezer. Beat with cream cheese frosting ingredients to grind. Serve over ice cream/cheese cream mixture frozen or at room temperature.
