1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
1/8 cup hot milk
1/8 cup white sugar
1/8 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup light corn syrup
4 eggs
1 tablespoon light coffee flavoring
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup orange juice
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons coffee flavoring
2 tablespoons lemon zest
1 tablespoon crushed cornflake crumbs
1 cup chopped walnuts
In a medium bowl, whip cream until stiff. Beat in milk, sugar, lemon juice, corn syrup, eggs, coffee flavoring, vanilla, orange juice, lemon, lemon zest and crushed cornflake crumbs. Pour filling into crust. Chill 1 hour.
Beat butter, egg yolks or sugar into the cream until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in 1/2 cup milk mixture. Spread filling over top crust. Chill one hour before serving.
