1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large red onion, chopped
2 (16 ounce) cans pita breads, warmed
In a medium bowl, mix lemon juice, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover, and refrigerate for one hour.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Rub pita breads with a spatula, and roll in lemon juice.
