2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 fluid ounce lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
4 (4 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms
Place chicken in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken from pan and place pan on broiler rack.
Place mushrooms in skillet and brown on all sides.
Add water and lemon-lime soda as needed to make a glaze.
Broil for about 10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and juices run clear.
