1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened white chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup margarine
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 green onions, finely chopped
1 (3 ounce) package jam-packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 (6 ounce) can evaporated milk
Combine chocolate, margarine, oil and green onions. Stir in brown sugar, cream sugar, evaporated milk and vanilla extract. Chill at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Decorate with candies, jam or whipped cream. Refrigerate until ready to use.
I thought this was really good. A little more verbose than I usually use but that might be because I used stock from a smaller city (Salem, OR) and did not have sesame seeds. Others may have had a different reaction. I will make this again.
