2 cups water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups corn flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
In a large pitcher, combine water, vegetable oil, sugar, vanilla, corn flour, baking powder and salt. Adjust to achieve a consistency that resembles curd cottage cheese. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
