1 (18 ounce) package chocolate frosting
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup margarine
2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
3/4 teaspoon salt
In a small glass or metal bowl, whip margarine until smooth; fold in water, sugar, vanilla, lemon zest, salt and chocolate frosting.
Roll frosting in margarine mixture. Chill before cutting into 1-inch squares.
