1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 cup olive oil
1 (1.75 ounce) can or bottle ketchup
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup salsa
1 package cream cheese, softened
1 package cream cheese, cubed
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 package (12) flour tortillas
1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two 9-inch baking sheets.
Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir chicken until no longer pink and juices run clear. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In a large bowl, whip together olive oil, ketchup and chicken. Mix together cream cheese, cream cheese, onion and bell pepper. Spread taco mixture over chicken and spoon over evenly.
Mix together salsa, cream cheese, onion, bell pepper and tomato paste. Spread over chicken and sprinkle with lettuce.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Distribute taco mixture mixture between two sheets of waxed paper and wrap edges around to form taco shape.
