1/2 pound strawberries, sliced in half
2 bananas
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 cups ketchup
In a zip lock bag, completely separate strawberries and bananas; scoop out fruit
Place bananas and eggs into a medium bowl and beat until smooth. Pour ketchup over fruit and toss until well coated. Serve immediately.
