2 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 cups chicken broth
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
7 ounces pizza sauce
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
In a medium bowl, mix water, Worcestershire sauce, chicken broth, olive oil, onion, garlic, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, oregano, basil and rosemary. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before cooking.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake chicken in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes on each side, turning once. Heat 2 tablespoons of the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir chicken while oil is heating, stirring frequently. Cook 5 to 6 minutes on each side, flipping once, or until juices run clear. Serve at room temperature.
