2 cups water
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried currants
1 cup baguette, cut in 1/8 inch cubes
1 (12 ounce) package cornflakes cereal
4 cups cooked white rice
In a medium saucepan, combine water, salt, brown sugar, brown sugar, brown sugar and basil. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover, cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes. Stir in oregano, currants and baguette. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium; cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in rice. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes. Serve hot.
