Eggnog Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

3 eggs

1 cup (1 pound) cream cheese, softened

3 tablespoons vanilla extract

8 vanilla wafers

1 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup eggnog

2 tablespoons orange juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a large sheet pan.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, eggs, cream cheese, vanilla and orange juice. Mix well. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the thermometer reads 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Cool completely before removing from the oven. Cover tightly with aluminum foil to keep the cream from running to the top. Drizzle with eggnog glaze and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
