1 pound eggs
10 slices bacon, sliced
1 cup milk
1 (4 ounce) can milk chocolate syrup
1 large egg, beaten
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix eggs, bacon, milk and milk chocolate syrup. Stir these into the mixture still just warm, mixing only until all ingredients are incorporated. Season with salt and lemon juice. Spoon mixture into the shallow baking dish set on top of the pan. Top with the top half of the bacon layer.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove pita from oven and let cool completely.
