2 cups mayonnaise
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons vodka
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 (2 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained
1 (6 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can cream cheese, diced
1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese, diced
1 pound shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
In a small saucepan, whisk together 2 cups mayonnaise, lemon juice, cream cheese, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vodka, lemon juice and maraschino cherries. Cook over low heat until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Spread cream cheese mixture into a 1/2-inch-square baking dish. Layer crabmeat mixture with toasted Cheddar cheese. Top with lobster and crab mixture. Pour mixture over cream cheese mixture.
Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees (200 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
