1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons Cheddar cheese
In a blender, beat egg whites until foamy. Pour mixture into large bowl. Mix cream cheese and Cheddar cheese; cool.
