I submitted this recipe many years ago as an experiment when I first started making creme brulee. It was easy enough; I would never think my family would give it the time of day, but it has been a hit with all who have tried it. I wanted to give the recipe a third try, so much so that I had to run off a tiny bit of compromising ingredient--just a pinch of fine powder and a couple of tbs of honey. I felt I had to give the recipe a little more than this, since it was such a small amount of cream cheese. Although, I might try it again with graham cracker crust next time. Delicious!
