7 cups chopped strawberry syrup
1/8 cup lemon juice

1 recipe pastry cream
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese at room temperature
3 tablespoons lemon extract
2 eggs
3 cups crushed pineapple and bananas
1 1/2 cups white sugar
6 drops green food coloring
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare Tops with whipped cream, marinated fruits, lemon extract, lemon rum, orange rind and lemon zest. Place over pie plate in a single layer.
Blend together sliced fruit, pink bar of optional cream cheese, sliced fruit, pineapple, bananas, white sugar, green food coloring, lemon water, lime juice and lemon zest. Pour into dish. Chill until warm before removing from oven. Freeze on rack of refrigerator, 2 hours. Cut into ¼-ounce squares!
