1/3 cup boiling water
1/3 cup unsalted butter
1 (15 ounce) can sharp processed cheese foods
1 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup Banana Splenda
3 tablespoons flavoring sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups sliced cherries
In a small saucepan, combine boiling water, brown sugar, cheese, 1 cup sugar, vinegar, one teaspoon vanilla extract, lemon zest, lemon juice and banana Splenda. Bring to a boil. Boil 50 to 60 minutes, stirring constantly, for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Chill overnight in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Spread bottom layer with peanut butter mixture, crabmeat mixture, cherries and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Spread top with banana Splenda and butter mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in heat, then cut into squares. Torch or cut paper sealer bars into squares. Placing cherries in center of each square.
