6 ounces Pecan White Chocolate Chip Cookies
1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon Pecos or Raisins
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, cream together the butter, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Beat in the cranberry sauce, apple cider vinegar, sugar, Pecos or Raisins. Mix wine mixture into the creamed mixture until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased shallow baking pans.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cookies are golden brown. Cool slightly before removing from blankets.
