Lemon Loosemeat Recipe


5 pounds beef tenderloin

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

2 eggs

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons lemon zest

1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest

1/4 cup water


Cut beef into 1/2 inch cubes and set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cream cheese, egg, lemon juice, lemon zest and lemon zest.

Place beef cubes into a large bowl and mix with lemon mixture. Cover and refrigerate until firm.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for about 30 minutes. Add lemon mixture and water, mixing just until.

Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for about 20 minutes. Remove meat from oven and cut into cubes.
